Stormwater Complaint Form  
Barrow County currently accepts two forms of stormwater complaints:

Erosion and Sedimentation Complaints
These complaints pertain to observed excessive erosion and sedimentation from active construction sites, and

Illicit Discharge Complaints
These complaints pertain to observed illegal dumping into the County stormwater system and/or streams. Anything entering the County stormwater system that is not stormwater is considered an illicit discharge.
